Summary

This document will guide you through the steps to enable electronic signing for procurement solution Kommers provided by Primona (https://www.primona.se/en/home/), using PhenixID Signing Services.

Background

This solution enables Kommers users to be able to sign transaction in Kommers using their enterprise methods (such as smart cards, mobile certificates etc. Typically used for swedish public sector methods such as EFOS, SITHS or local client certificate verification).

System Requirements

• PhenixID Signing Services 3.2 or higher installed
• Kommers jwt token signing certificate (public part)

Instruction

Configure PhenixID Signing Services

1. Configure PhenixID Signing Services for XML signing using API, following this guide
2. Use the enterprise Identity Provider as the signing method (using PhenixID Signing Services as a SAML SP) by following this guide.
3. Add HEAD to the list of allowedHttpMethods in the java startup parameters. (More about java params here).

Configure Kommers

1. Distribute PhenixID Signing Services domain (example: https://signing.example.org/) to the Kommers system administrator.
2. The Kommers system administrator will now configure Kommers to connect to PhenixID Signing Services.
