1. REST actions

The generic REST actions are updated to work better with java 15.

Bug Fixes

1. Global Parameters

When editing a global parameter, the value was not saved correctly. This has now been fixed.

Misc

1. Java

Identity Provisioning is now tested and bundled with java 15.0.2_7 from Azule.

2. Updated dependencies

Since Java 15, some packages are no longer included in the JRE. The following dependencies where included in previous java, and have therefor been added since some of the custom and external actions need them.
