Use Cases
Example 1: Format attributes
The attributes givenname, sn and mobile should be formatted in the same way in multiple Policies. To simplify the configuration, all those attribute formatting Actions are gathered in an Action Group. Then the administrator can change, add and remove the Actions in the Action Group, and it will reflect in all Policies using the Action Group.

Example 2: Combined with a Run Action
A set of Actions should be run, if a certain condition is met. The Actions are inserted into an Action Group, and the Action Group is then used in one of the Run Actions where the condition can be configured.
