Custom Control for Group Member Handling

A new custom control for handling group membership and group members is added. The control has multiple configuration parameters to customize both the appearance and the behavior of the control. The custom control classname is se.nordicedge.controls.lists.MultiListControl.

This control will replace all other controls for group handling, which now has been marked as deprecated.

Sort Objects Based on Objectclass

A new policy, SORT_OBJECTCLASSES, has been added to handle grouping of objects when objects of different objectclasses are placed in the same container in the directory.

SAML SP

A SAML SP component to have Identity Manager acting as a SAML SP for unsolicited SSO is now included.

LDAP Communication Improvements

Improvements have been made in the tab handling to reduce the communication with the directory.

When handling multivalue attributes, only the added or deleted values will be managed.

Icon Cache

A new policy, ICON_CACHE_DURATION, has been added to set the icon cache duration in minutes.

Display Many Views

When having more views than can be displayed, a drop down menu is shown with all the views.

Updated Java and Tomcat

Java is updated to 1.8.0_92.

Tomcat is updated to 8.0.33.

These are the versions that has been used when testing the product.

Bug Fixes

Radiobuttons saved the display value instead of the saving value when used in an edit form. This has been corrected.

The swedish characters Å and Ä are now sorted in the right order in browse view and predefined search view.

The custom control is available through the control button list in the Tab Designer or by the classname se.nordicedge.controls.lists.MultiListControl.

This control will replace all other controls for group handling, which now has been marked as deprecated.

Custom Control Options

The dialog for Custom Control Options has been expanded to give a better view of the parameters.

Bug Fixes

It is now possible to view or search for the bundled custom controls in the Custom Control Options dialog.

The Predefined Search tabs are now possible to unload in the Tab Control.
