Backup and Restore

Make a file based backup of the data where Identity Provisioning is installed. Make sure to backup drive:\Program Files\PhenixID.

The configuration used by Identity Provisioning service and Provisioning Configurator, is stored in the config.aam file.

Starting and Stopping the Identity Provisioning Service

Microsoft® Windows®

Stop and start PhenixID Provisioning service.

Identity Provisioning automatically starts during Windows startup. Manual stop and start can be done via Administrative Tools – Services. Scroll down to the service “PhenixID AAM 3”. The Windows service is default set to startup type “Automatic”.

Unix/Linux/OSX

Please note that the script might need to be modified in order to suit your environment.
