Description

Hash a session attribute (SSHA, SHA, MD5 or Crypt), the default encoding is as base64 for LDAP server support. Use hex as an encoding type for use with checksum or other programs that require hex encoding. Encoding type is ignored for Crypt hashes since these are plain text already and no encoding is required.

The result will be written to these attributes, separate the attribute names with “,”. If empty, source attribute is overwritten.

Hash Type (ssha, sha, md5, crypt)

Hash to use: ssha, sha, md5 or crypt (default ssha).

Seed Value

Optional seed for hash, recommeded for ssha.

Add Type Prefix (true/false)

Add prefix for LDAP (true/false), e.g. {SSHA} (default true).

Encoding Type (b64/hex)

Encoding type (hex/b64 default b64).
