Description
Collects statistics from an LDAP directory and creates an excel document with the result. All specified LDAP searches will be executed for all given search bases, and the number of hits will be reported into the excel document.

Search Filters |
The search filters. Each search filter contains a display title and a LDAP search filter, separated with a | char. Example: Users|objectClass=user. To enter more than one search filter, separate each search filter with a ^ char. Example: Users|objectClass=user^Computers|objectClass=computer. |

The search bases. Each search base contains a display title and a LDAP DN, separated with a | char. Example: Office 1|ou=Office1,dc=company,dc=com. To enter more than one search base, separate each search base with a ^ char. Example: Office 1|ou=Office1,dc=company,dc=com^Office 2|ou=Office2,dc=company,dc=com. |

Include Total Summary |
Include total summary of all counters at the end of the excel file. (true/false) Default: true. |

File Name |
The name of the Excel file. Default: report.xls. |

Keep Old Files |
True to keep and old file with the same name, false to overwrite any old file with the same name. (true/false) Default: true. |

Data Source |
Choose a LDAP Data Source, if not using the default Data Source for the Policy. |
Use Cases
Example 1: Active Directory Statistic
This action will extract statistics from the active directory. The report will contain 3 search bases, and 4 filters. The report will be stored on the desktop of the Administrator user.
