Description
RSA encrypt a session attribute with a public key provided in a certificate attribute. This routine creates raw encrypted data with no HMAC or other header information, so any application doing decryption needs to know the encryption details in advance.
For reference this is RSA/None/OAEPPadding (simplest possible method).
